August 15 you requested ? For Premium it should come due in Sept not counting holidays and weekends. Only Mon-Fri workdays. It is end of December over due. Hope they get it to you soon.
I just requested my first payout In Sept and was suppose to be paid today as premium OCT 27th.... Hope it does come too.

I think PTC sites are a bit like a crane, all stand around in awe, and say wow, crane not maintained or painted, gets rusty, then when try to handle big load, break and collapse killing all around.
