Hi,

Ok, I do agree with you and would keep it in mind from the next time.

But my purpose of giving the ticket details was actually to bring this to admin's notice. I can understand that the staff is low in number and the ticket are more but that doesn't mean that support would reply in according to their convinience.

What is the use of the support system if it does not reply for months ( it already 5 months and till today no reply received). Why tell people to submit a ticket, either the admin is not ever of the current delays by support team or the user are being fooled. If admin knows the current scenario and even then he made this post, then I don't think I need to speak further. The first post in this topic was posted on 27th Sep by admin telling the user to submit the tickets for their issue and my submitted ticket date is on 9 Sep. This clearly means that the delays from the support team are being done much before my post ( thats why I am facing them ) and even then admin has requested ( on 27 sep) the members to make ticket for their issue.

If the beanybux team is not knowing these facts then please consider this post as "facts about and support team" and take some steps to solve this.
OR
Stop the system from generating any further tickets so that the users do not have a false expectation from the support and stop thinking that there is someone to hear your query.

Please consider this seriously and make efforts on fixing this problem (rather commenting on my post).

Why do not I get paid? say my winnings (cancel payout) and that is not true because I never cancel, I just waited months for my money.

No kidding. I saw this morning that they took another $19.99 out of my AlertPay account to pay for my 3-month premium membership. They always take it on time, but they NEVER pay it out.

When I will be paid for my 1st cash out????

Hi admin,

It's been more than 3 months after my first cash out in Dec 2008 for $10.22 and till now March 18, 2009 I still haven't received the payment yet in my AlertPay account, yet I didn't get any email or notification from you every time I opened ticket from support ticket Sad So what's the point then if we have to open a ticket but NEVER BEEN REPLIED by ADMIN or team support.

Are you really serious in doing this business? Please do appreciate our time here by doing clicking in your PTC site, so I'm expecting that you will pay my first cash out soon as I still have another balance in my account that I haven't cashed out yet.

Please reply my email and your prompt response will be so APPRECIATED.

10) All payments are made via AlertPay and no other payment method is being used at this time. You can request for payment once your account balance has been met. Your payment will be processed and issued via AlertPay up to 30 business days for Premium / Gold Members and up to 50 business days for Standard Members. You can only request one payment at the time.

Above is what you say in the tos !!! and the rest is what realy happend ,really more than 50 business days after the request,please take a look . I send a ticket but like everyone no answer .Thanks
