Problem Logging in my Account

I can't enter my account I try to recover my password and tells me that my email does not exist.
what is the problem.
i have even logged in some 10 to 12 days ago only.
I was not able to login because of illness.
I got the cholera & jaundice disease.
Plz recover my account.
Also u can check that i was active clicker before & was very near to the cash out amount.
So, plz admin be genuine.
I can also post snapshots of my referral and my account balance if u want.
what is the problem.
