Still no support reply, 82 days old. WHERE is my payment?
I read a moderator comment that users should be 'patient' from the admin, because they own another big PTR site. I presume that gives them approval to be delinquent on this one.
I've not been paid for 110 BUSINESS days. 155 TOTAL days.
My support inquiry is 82 days old, and has NEVER replied to. In fact, I've never gotten any contact from admin. Nor any payment.
Here's a copy of my request. Draw your own conclusions about this website owner.
More than 50 business days for payment

I originally requested $10 payment on August 22nd, which was 73 days ago, and is more than 50 business days. So far, I've not received payment. Now that I've achieved $20 ($10 more than the original $10 cashout amount) I have requested cashout again, but I do not want to have my original request 'reset'. I should be paid this amount ASAP. Please advise when payment is going to be issued.
Thank you.

I guess you're not being patient enough. Since the Admin is not a teenager and owns another big business he must be too tired to pay regular people on time. He's also busy paying the mods, so that takes up much of his time...

I've been chastised for stating MY conclusions about a site that doesn't pay and doesn't reply to support inquiries.
But, draw your own conclusions.
For myself, I'm not making the owner of this site any more money (I'm not clicking on any more advertising) until I get paid what I've already earned and am owed.
Frankly, I can't imagine where the advertisement comes from.......

Clicking doesn't make the admin money, and you can click if you want or not. At the rate your going and dissing the admin I can't imagine if you will get paid or not. Beanybux.com is financially secure and also does get many many advertisers.

Re: Still no support reply, 82 days old. WHERE is my payment?
Hey Admin,
After 4 months of waiting for payment I submitted a ticket asking when I would get it. When I try to find a result to my request I am told I need a ticket number. When I try to get a ticket number I don't get one. What do I do next, submit another ticket? You say not to do that above, so...?
I'm not sure where you live and it really doesn't matter. I do know that unemployment is very high all over the world these days and it seems that you need help, so why don't you hire some people to help???

Dear Beanybux.com Member
Beanybux.com Tech Support had posted a topic a few weeks ago stating that if any Beanybux.com is using the following Email Providers:
1. Yahoo.com
2. Mail.ru
These mail are not accepting Beanybux.com Domain transmissions and are pending in Que, and shall be delivered accordingly.
Beanybux.com Mail Server is up and running and working properly, the above listed Email Providers are rejecting and or temporarily deferring the delivery of emails from Beanybux.com.
We ask that you contact such Email Providers to remedy such issues.
Thank You

Re: Still no support reply, 82 days old. WHERE is my payment?
OK, thanks. I guess that explains one part of my question. Since I use Yahoo mail I won't be hearing from you. Does that stop me from being able to be paid?
I also wondered about the lack of help you seem to have here. Don't businesses expand when they become unable to do their work properly? If money is not the problem and time is, then it seems simple enough to fix it.

I have had many problems with yahoo mail and them blocking messages. I suggest you switch to gmail if you would like to receive emails, you can still get paid if you use yahoo you just won't receive any emails.

Re: Still no support reply, 82 days old. WHERE is my payment?
Wow, I got a response from admin.... Even though it was a cut and paste TOS, and doesn't address how my inquiry has had no response in 13 weeks.....
And, it is a gmail address
As to whether or not 'my' clicks earn this site any money or not. I suppose if an advertiser buys 10,000 clicks worth of advertisement, and those are all used regardless of if 'I' click on them or not, then no, I'm not making any effect on the bottom line then, and I'm potentially only hurting 'myself'.
If however, so many people get tired of not being paid timely (timely meaning being paid within this sites own stated TOS of 50 business days) that they stop clicking on the ads, that eventually 10,000 clicks of advertisement don't get clicked........... Well then, I think after a while that advertiser won't want to renew. Or maybe for only 5,000. And so on
My point is that if people keep on clicking, ASSUMING they are going to get paid, of course this site will be able to continue to sell advertisement, and reap the benefit of that advertisement revenue.
But, I have yet to get any single valid explanation for WHY there has been this delay for payment. 112 Business days now. Request put in on August 22. FIVE months ago. Five months.
All I keep hearing back from the polite moderator is that business is growing, and the admin is very busy, especially with their other big PTC site, and I should be patient. But I never EVER get any REASON for the delay. I never get any timetable of payment. Just 'be patient'.
So, I ask the admin, that did see fit to respond... Can you give a timetable for when payments will be issued?

Dear Beanybux.com Member
We have eliminated the other part of your quote, as our response is only directed to this statement "because they own another big PTR site".
Beanybux.com is our main site and we are not sure which other big PTR site you are referring to.
Also, Beanybux.com's Policy is that your correspondence must be replied back whether the response on behalf of Beanybux.com is positive or negative, in regard to the initial inquiry.
Beanybux.com Member's must understand that Beanybux.com CAN NOT answer any account related information within BeanyTalk.com.
Thank You

Re: Still no support reply, 82 days old. WHERE is my payment?
I don't understand how a payment timetable is supposedly related to 'account information'. How difficult is it to say something like, "At the present time we anticipate issuing payments on Feb 1st to those that requested payment on or before Sept 1st"
And, if you can't reply to my questions in the forum, then PLEASE address my support inquiry. It's still hasn't had a response yet, not in 86 days.
Or, should I make a support inquiry about why my support inquiry isn't being addressed?
