Just wondering if I can buy referrals with my earnings? Also, wonder why I can't purchase ads with earnings that go above the $10 requested in payout? It says I have to cancel my payout request, which would cause me to have to wait 3 more months, at least, for my payment. When I do get paid, will I get my full balance or just $10?
