payment not received 150days after reques

Dear Admin
I requested a payment of $10.05 on 5/14. According to the TERMS I should be paid within 30 days.However, 150 days have passed but I have not received my payment yet. Could you check this up? Maybe you missed my request.

Just some simple questions:

1. Why is it that support e-mails never get answered? I had the same problem (still haven't been paid after having requested payment in July)

2. Why do users have to comply with "basic rules" if Beanybux itself violates its own TOS constantly?

3. Why is the admin nowhere to be seen?

No one to solve this problem?

We do take careful note of each and every support ticket, email and PMs sent and solve it after careful scrutiny. Oh, by all means, we ARE patient. Very patient. 4 months of patience, to be exact. The question is: how much MORE patient do we have to be?

It's such a pitty that Benaybux started out as one of the PTC that could really stand out from the crowd. I just fear that all those "weekend blasts" blast Beanybux away for good.

All I'm saying is that a simple post from the admin makes a huge difference in difficult times. People are desperate, PTCs are disappearing like crazy and just the simple fact that the admin is still around and reads posts is reassuring. It's better to admit that these are difficult times and to reassure everyone that they will get paid in the near future than not saying anything at all.

Way too many people already consider this PTC a scam. I rwally don't want to be part of that group, but as each day passes without any news or feedback whatsoever, all hopes slowly vanish.

I agree I was with three that just disappeared this past two weeks and so did my money. Makes people real anxious and careful about getting involved..
The admin here is trying more than others do.

Hope they get this straight soon for you.
