How to Fix Login Issues
Hello,
I would like first to state I received fantastic support from Beanybux on a login issue I had where I could not login, thanks to their support and some outside help also I got my login issue fixed and with thanks I will write here how to fix login issues for members so that if you have the same problem also, you will have it fixed also.
Please note this is for IE (Internet Explorer) users.
Problem: Cannot Login to account
Soloutions:
1st -
Recover your password to be sure you are entering the correct information ie; username and password.
Recovering your password will also confirm whether your account has been stolen because the password retrieval will not be sent to you but to the thieves email instead.
So if you have the correct password sent to you and you are now entering correct info to login BUT still cannot login... follow on:
2nd -
This appears to be a cookie problem. FirstYou will need to enter Internet Options, go to General then Delete Temp Files, you should also be able to delete cookies, phishing filter and form data, but I suggest you delete ALL to clear your internet cache.
Go to Security, add http://www.beanybux.com to 'Sites' in Security and select ALLOW so that all cookies are accepted from Beanybux.
The Restart your computer.. Not RESET by the button, but select your Computer to Restart to ensure the cache is clear.
Still having problems logging in? Follow on:
3rd -
Send a support ticket and ask for the logout link to be sent through support ticket, click this link and then do everything stated in 2nd part above. As login uses a cookie session to send information it may be that your account may still be logged in so even after clearing cookies & etc you may find you are unable to login. This will simply ensure you have done everything possible.

To be honest, I cannot get down to the ultimate source or reason as to why this problem occured after I was able to login before the problem became. However, I suspect Spyware & Tracking Cookies which enter your system play a role in making problems, so scan your system with a highly recommended Anti-Virus Spyware program (search Google).
But you now need to do what I do... Install Mozzila Firefox.
Like I said before, I did not really get down to the problem nor fix it when using IE as a browser, however, after installing Mozilla Firefox my problem was cured and my 1st attempt to login into my beanybux account I had success.
I believe it has something to do with Firefox's Browser Firewall and Security and its very interesting to see how different the 2 browsers work on other sites you may use.
So there is your answer, I hope I have solved your login problem and as I can once again be a very active member of Beanybux please write back if you have any further questions or problems regarding this issue and I will do my best to help.
Kind Regards,
